Cleaning gas pipelines is another section of our cleaning business.
Furthermore, a specialty of the RCT is to change pipelines from e.g. Nitrogen to Oxygen.
Propelled by water, the line gets blank cleaned with the RCT, dried with foam pigs to a dew point of –65°C.
This process of cleaning removes any kind of deposits like grease or rust as well as deposits which were left behind during the pipeline construction like wood, cups, stones, silica gel bags, milling cutter, foams, etc. .
Furthermore it is possible to remove weld seams as well as weld drops.
Therefore a special RCT was designed to cut off welds and collect them by the same time without damaging the internal surface.
This tool was propelled by gas.
